Two additional items of emission prevention products are the DK12 and DK20 water nozzle heads. These are attached di- rectly to the machine used in demolition work in order to pre- vent emissions from occurring.

The IAG ESM150 dust binding machine can be used wherever large-scale dust emissions occur. The ESM can be used a wide variety of situations, for instance at construction sites in the demolition of buildings, in tunnel construction or in surface mining and quarrying (open pit mining, quarries, gravel pits and stone-crushing works).The atomizing nozzles are tailored in line with specific requirements, depending on the type and size of the dust particles, in order to bind the various types of dust most effec- tively. The powerful blower in combination with the special nozzle pattern enables a water output of 20 to 600 l/min to be sprayed at a distance of about 50 metres.With its modular design, the ESM150 can be combined with other equipment in a variety of ways, suiting it for use in any terrain as well as for tower mounting. Customers can select from a wide range of options depending on requirements, from a straightforward standard machine with manual control to a fully automatic version including centralized Profibus control. If required, we also engineer entire emission preven- tion systems consisting of several dust binding machines with a centralized control unit.
